Manages team of technical and personnel across projects. Performs duties independently and communicate with Government leads and additional project managers. Coordinates with Program Managers to ensure consistent deliverables and high quality products. Organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates, oversees successful completion of all tasks, maintains reports, maintains quality control, documents and resolves problems. Provides leadership to the project team. Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope and budget. Ensures resource availability and allocation. Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
