Shift Requirements: primarily 8-430, 830-5. Potential for 10-630 Tuesdays and Thursdays (this shift is currently be covered by another team member, so unlikely to work it, but a possibility)

Certifications: WI CNA, AHA BLS
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience: Must have previous customer service experience. This role is a heavy mix of clerical work (checking in patients), and CNA duties (rooming, vitals, basic intake).
Charting: Familiar with Electronic Health Records - EPIC preferred
Support specialty clinics including functions of patient arrival/check in, rooming, vitals, basic intake.
Customer Service focused individuals with strong interpersonal skills that function well on small teams. Must be computer savvy – clinic is fast paced, checking in upwards of 90 patients per day, so need to be fast and efficient to gauge who needs to be roomed first and to what room.
Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient flow of patients in clinic
