Sr. Financial Analyst

Job Description:

The successful Proponent will provide the following services and deliverables:

  • Leads the review and development of financial processes related to the Medical Transportation program, including reconciliation, surplus/deficit management and cost containment strategies
  • Undertakes the identification and documentation of Medical Transportation financial reporting and reconciliation needs
  • Facilitates project and payment committees/working groups, including leading and summarizing discussions, managing action items and preparing briefing materials
  • Works with internal partners to ensure appropriate change management planning and communication to internal FNHA staff
  • Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions
  • Utilizes project management processes, tools and templates that align with FNHA’s standards and practices in our Policy, Planning and Transformation, and Innovation and Information Management Services teams
  • Contributes to the development of standard operating procedures, workflow redesign and participates in organizational change management deliverables
  • Develops effective, respectful and collaborative relationships with team members and both internal and external partners
