Business Analysts

Job Description-

  • Principle project resource for identifying plan and policy content, focusing on gaps and issue resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with all business areas, applications and technology teams, and external partners, including First Nations stakeholders, to support in implementing key strategies and organizational priorities.
  • Lead business analysis activities to understand, analyze and document the business requirements translating them into functional requirements and/or process workflows.
  • Lead discussions with business teams to elicit, capture and document requirements.
  • Work with business units to identify and develop deliverables such as training materials supporting end users.
  • Work with internal and external partners to determine how medical transportation benefits can more effectively be delivered to our clients and communities.
  • Work with internal partners to ensure appropriate change management planning and communication to internal FNHA staff.
  • Support end to end documentation of future state processes and workflows for plan policies.
  • Develop standard operating procedures, workflow re-design and participate in organizational change management deliverables.
  • Utilize business knowledge to provide recommendations for future state design and implementation.
  • Develop and execute use cases and test plans of future state design.
  • Participate in quality assurance, implementation planning and implementation support activities.
