Principle project resource for identifying plan and policy content, focusing on gaps and issue resolution.
Work collaboratively with all business areas, applications and technology teams, and external partners, including First Nations stakeholders, to support in implementing key strategies and organizational priorities.
Lead business analysis activities to understand, analyze and document the business requirements translating them into functional requirements and/or process workflows.
Lead discussions with business teams to elicit, capture and document requirements.
Work with business units to identify and develop deliverables such as training materials supporting end users.
Work with internal and external partners to determine how medical transportation benefits can more effectively be delivered to our clients and communities.
Work with internal partners to ensure appropriate change management planning and communication to internal FNHA staff.
Support end to end documentation of future state processes and workflows for plan policies.
Develop standard operating procedures, workflow re-design and participate in organizational change management deliverables.
Utilize business knowledge to provide recommendations for future state design and implementation.
Develop and execute use cases and test plans of future state design.
Participate in quality assurance, implementation planning and implementation support activities.
